Jacqueline Marshalleck is the only active partner of Marsh LLP. She is a senior practitioner who brings years of commercial experience to the firm. Her areas of expertise include contract drafting, structuring and setting up of small as well as large and complex business enterprises, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, mortgage financing, large debt recovery and other corporate and commercial matters, construction, telecommunications, regulatory compliance, hotels and residential developments and a variety of real estate and employment matters.

From 1995 to 1998, Jacqueline practiced law in the Commonwealth of The Bahamas at a well-known firm, mainly in the areas of civil litigation, civil law, commercial law, insurance law, labour law and family law.
In 1999 Jacqueline moved to Belize and joined a prominent law firm, where she practiced until 2002. Her practice focused primarily on civil litigation, real estate, company law, trusts and banking.
Jacqueline was briefly a sole practitioner before being recruited in 2003 to join an AIM-listed company with multinational investment interests as its Senior Legal Counsel. In addition, she was Chief Legal Officer of a large domestic bank and its subsidiary international bank. During this period, she provided services to many group-related companies in Belize and worldwide. As a result, her wealth of experience includes a specialization in corporate planning, corporate management, and complex commercial transactions.
In January of 2014, Jacqueline was elevated to the rank of Senior Counsel by the Hon. Kenneth Benjamin, Chief Justice of Belize.
